Ice Machines At Wilderness Campground?

Every campsite loop has an ice machine, by the laundry--I think it's $2/bag....If you can get to a grocery store or gas station, it would probably cost a lot less....

The ice machine at the 1500 Comfort Station was continually plopping out a few cubes. Every morning there was quite a little pile. (Low 40's each night) I scooped some of those into my little cooler each morning. Obviously, I wouldn't put them into my drink, but for cooling drinks they were fine.

But yes, there are bags available and the ice machine takes 8 quarters.

FYI ..... 1600-1800 comfort station ice machine also spits out cubes all day long. Be wary though. Last month when I was there, some lady was letting her dog drink out of the machine tray bottom ..... yuck!
