Milesource - How do you cash out for a GC

Can anyone tell me exactly how it works when you cash out for a supercertificate for gift certifcates.com??

Now I'm assuming you want to cash out your milesource points for a supercert, right?

Go to www.milesource.com and click on "cash in miles" under your name on the left hand side

Click on "and many more" under any of the pictures.

Then click on any of the catagories listed in blue.

Select the amount of your supercert from the pull down list and hit submit.

From there you just complete the award process.

Debbie, or anyone else who has actually completed the process of getting a supercertificate, how long does it take from the time you place the request, until the time you get the certificate?

I redeemed for a supercert on 5/7 and it arrived 5/17 so it takes about 10 days-or at least it did last month.

Is a supercertificate paper? Or is it sent via email? Once you get it then how do you redeem it? I hope these aren't stupid questions, but this is the first time I have cashed out with Milesource! Thanks for all your help!

Supercertificate is a code you get via e-mail.
You then go to giftcertificates.com and enter this code and then you have the amount of the supercertificate available for you to select gift certificates totalling that amount, which are mailed to you (usually within a week.)

I wouldn't call myself a dedicated rewards person, but I am slowly starting to be able to cash-in on different programs. Each one is just different from the others!!!
