I need to find some sandals for my daughter. She wears a size 12. I just want casual sandals, but I don't want to pay a lot. Anyone got any ideas for me?

I would check online. For example overstock.com may have some.

Thanks. I was pretty much thinking I'd have to go online, I just don't know where. I'll check overstock.

I'm pretty sure LandsEnd.com sells sandals year round, as well as other summer clothing. Checkout their overstocks from their site too, for good deals sometimes
Good Luck!

Check to see if you have a Stride Rite Outlet close to you. They have sandals available at the one near me and the cost is reasonable.

Doesn't that make you crazy? Last year at this time I was scrambling for a swimsuit for dd, NOONE had any. Even my dad and stepmom who live in SOUTH FLORIDA had trouble finding me one. Do stores really think no one swims or goes on vacation to warm places in the winter? Anyway, enough of my rant, I'd check out the clearance piles at Target, Walmart, etc. You might get lucky. I think I saw some on sale at Payless not long ago. Good luck! (and let us know where you find them, I probably need a size 13 for my dd for our next trip!)

Now that I noticed your tag, try to Lands' End Outlet in Iowa City (if it's still there, or was it in Cedar Rapids?). I always had really good luck finding stuff at the one in Des Moines before it closed (and we moved back south). My oldest DD was born in Ames. I actually miss it in Iowa, we really liked it there (other than the smell of the first spring thaw, nothing like the fragrarence of thawing pig excrement to let you know spring is on its way!).

We no longer have a Land's End Outlet. I checked their online store with no luck. Hopefully I can find something.

What kind of sandals are you looking for? Something like Tevas or like a soccer slide or strappy sandal? I have seen some at :
kidsshoeshop.com or maybe eBay?
If you post what you are looking for I can look at the local Lands End outlet here as they do have some summer things left.
