I was putting out the feelers to see who is up for a Meet and Greet.

Seems we have a lot of LI DVC/DIS. So who's up for it???

We can set Date and Time when we see how many people are up for it.

okay jay lets set something up that allof us or most of us can go to . i live in miller place . we have many in suffolk and many in nassau so we have to make it central to all . dave:cool:

Ok I also live in Suffolk but I dont mind a little drive.

The B&N in Huntington is not a bad idea....Any other ideas for a central spot???

First we shall find a spot then pick date. Any ideas?

How about Borders in Farmingdale in Airport Plaza, or maybe Gillians which is in the same plaza. There is also an Applebees over there. I just suggest this area because Huntington is so congested.

...this way we won't feel like we'd have to rush anything. There's a food court at the Broadway Mall on 106/107 in Hicksville. It's pretty centrally located and it's walking distance from the LIRR, so if anyone from NYC wanted to attend it's just a hop on the railroad.

I'd love to chat with you all again! I'll keep checking back to see if a location is decided. Huntington is a good halfway spot between Eastern L.I. and Nassau County. The mall has no food court though.

Ok so far I am thinking Jillians in Farmingdale will be the best Idea. We can get a big table set up to eat and chit chat. There are also lots of video games for the kids.

So what does everyone thing of this??

No mall food courts, had some problems in the Fortunoff one.

I think Jillians would be a good idea. Since your meant to hang out there. And if we don't want to stay inside anymore there lot is so big there are places we could all just stand around and chat :)

Just a suggestion. What about Roosevelt Field? There is a Disney Store there where we can all do our Disney shopping. :) Plus there is a food court too. This mall is use to having tour bus people, senior walkers, etc there all the time.

Seems most meets in malls end as soon as people are done eating....Lots of malls dont want you hanging out in the food court as a group. Here is what we can do so far we have Mall ,Park(which you need permit that's not a big deal) Jillians. A couple of more ideas and then we can vote on it...Sound good??
