I take vitamins everyday but I saw a commercial for One A Day Weight Smart Vitamins. Has anyone tried these? If you have, do you think they make a difference in your weight loss plan? I know they are only vitamins and not a weight loss supplement but I was just wondering if you feel more energized or have noticed a quicker weight loss.

Thanks!

I've taken them for about a month now and I've not noticed any changes from my previous multi-vitamin. I had high hopes......I'll probably go back to my previous (cheaper) vitamins when these are gone.

My SIL took them and I asked the same question and her response was almost identical to campingcorgi.

Your responses are exactly what I expected to hear about the new One A Days. Thank you!

I do take them, but havent noticed much of a difference. The only thing Ive found is if I take them on an empty stomach I get nauseous...just like morning sickness. I now take it with my morning cereal and Im usually ok.

I take them as well, buy the 175 count bottle at Sams, and although I still am lossing weight, no idea if these vitamins are helping...

I tried them but had to stop since they made me very naseous (sp?) and dizzy - even after taking them with food. Not sure what THAT was all about..:(

<font color=purple> I have been taking them for about 2 weeks now. I usually take them at breakfast time and have not had any ill feelings from them. However I haven't had any noticable help from them either.

I don't know anything about these vitamins, but I wanted to give some advice on vitamins in general. The best multi-vitamins are the ones with the least "other ingrediants". These items don't do anything for you and in fact are often just fillers, preservatives, flavoring or coloring, things you really don't want anyway. The "cheaper" vitamins often have a long list. The best ones can be found at specialty vitamin stores such as GNC and Vitamin World.

Also, the smellier the multi-vitamin, the better.

The only person I know that takes these also has ultimate bacon cheeseburgers for lunch! She looks the same to me!
