The rules of induction are posted (and OMG they are different than our 1999 edition book!).
I believe both "sweet" treats are OK (along with the pork rinds) - but since induction is supposed to get you over your cravings for starches and sweets, I don't know if it good to indulge your sweet tooth.
Anyone else?
Best of luck,
Laurie

I agree with not indulging during induction. :)
It's far easier to adjust to doing without completely than it is to adjust while giving yourself little hints of what you are missing. After induction, slowly add treats here and there, but Atkins will go more smoothly if you unlearn your sweet tooth.

Pork rinds are listed on allowable foods. I can only eat (tolerate) so many of these, but they helped when I wanted something crunchy and salty. I also ate the sugar free jello and whipped cream topping, and lost 11 pounds the first 2 weeks of induction.
