We had really good intentions but we really went crazy with the eating this past week. Neither one of us(Daddydon or me) felt yucky after eating ALOT of BAD NO NO stuff!!. I guess we should have and maybe we would have stopped. I just had a hard time paying $10 for a burger and not eat everything with it(bun and fries). I won't go into anymore detail with what we ate but we just need to get back on track. I have been back on induction for two days and feel great.
I could not keep up the madness with the eating because right before we left I packed up ALL of my fat clothes into 5 huge trash bags and took them to Goodwill!!!!
