I usually start with 20% and then add more if the service is good or if I have a lot of bags, I add more. From reading the posts, it seems that most people tip towncar drivers $10-$15 for each leg of their trip. Hope that helps :p

We tipped $20 each way for our van with grocery stop. There were 3 adults 4 children. They loaded and unloaded our luggage for us. We are going again in January just DH and I and we will probably tip $10. We will each only have one carry-on bag, so they wont have to help with luggage.
