which park - which day?

We plan on visiting Universal Sudios or Islands of Adventure as well as SeaWorld March 2-9. My biggest question is...which park on which day. We're looking for something with the least crowds.

IOA/USF: Sundays are the least crowded.

Seaworld: I have never been there when the crowds were unbearable. I have gone different times throughout the years. Maybe it was bearable because of the FREE BEER!
