Hey there.. I posted on another thread about taking the plunge and potentially booking my first SOLO trip to Disney... I really want to go.. and am tired of trying to hook other people to go with me.... I am single... and have no kids of my own.. I frequently borrow other people's kids.... but as of now have none of my own... being a "family" member.. it's tough.. but.. hey.. Someday!! :) So.. is anyone else considering a solo trip on New Years or am I crazy????? All advice is welcome.. PLEASE!!!! Thanks!!

Where are you guys going to be when the clock strikes twelve? My family and I (ages 26-32) spent last year's at Kimono's. It was a little hokey but fun. We had APs but still didn't want to go into the parks; I think it was raining. This year we have SPs or no passes for some, so we might do Kimono's again. Or sometimes they have good bands playing at HOB; I need to check out their schedule.

I am thinking of going. I am just playing around with some airfare and hotel numbers. That AP is just burning a whole in my pocket. I would arrive approx. 8:30pm on the 31st, let me know if you guys are planning anything.,

I will be at the Magic Kingdom... arriving early and staying all day... per the wonderful advice from all here... Don't Leave thePark or you won't get back in!! But I am planning on Doing a Keys to the Kingdom Tour in the morning and then catching all the parades and fireworks planting myself on Main Street for many hours... Hmmmm.. I think I'll bring myself a good seat cushion and store it in a locker!! LOL!! Casey's is looking good for dinner that night also.. anyone who want to join me.. that's where I'll be.. On the sidewalk near Casey's! Happy New Year :Pinkbounc
