Hi All,

I had about 5 or 6 purchases from MyPoints, most of which were close to 2 months old, and none of which were posted. I think the only thing that had cleared was an Old Navy purchase.

I wrote to them with each of these problems and received the response that they have finished crediting me and I'll see it in 5 days. I hope it works - I have yet to get the Baby Age points (I keep getting them in 2 pt. increments, since August!) and I have twice received that reply in response to a Best Buy order.

They owe me about 4,000 pts. total - 2,000 alone for Foxstore and another 1,000 for a Dell purchase. I hope this stuff clears soon - I wanted to get some Christmas presents.

I have only made one purachase through mypoints, and it was in Sept. I thought I would never get my points. I had to email them with a copy of the reciept twice, and was told 3 times (all more than a week apart) that I would see the points in 5 days. I finally called them, and got my points 8 days after that. I know other people seem to have much better luck with them, but I don't think I'll shop through them again. Have you tried calling them yet?

MyPoints has gotten really bad about crediting points for shopping. They used to be so good about it and now I feel like I have to beg everytime I purchase something to get my points. Eventually I get them but I have to go to a lot of trouble that I should not have to go through to get the them.
