Ad-Ware version 6.0 and Sybot Help

Hi guys. Can I run both programs they do not detect one of another. I read on Downlands.com that Sybot detect ad-ware. If so which programs that is sybot that I should do not pay attenction to.

If so can tell which files I should put in the ingore file system
