As sort of a follow-up to my post yesterday about "early entry", I have another dumb question. Does Disney post or in any way reveal attendance figures at the various parks? If they did, I could answer my own question about whether or not "early entry" can actually work against you (in terms of crowds) during lower-volume seasons.

Thanks for any help. Fifteen days and counting...

No, they do not publish anything beyond annual figures.

I didn't see your other post, but I will comment on EMH touring plans. The park with EMH on any given day will tend to be more crowded as the day progresses. But don't trivialize the amount that you can accomplish in that first hour of virtually uninterrupted touring.

Ideally I would recommend that you take advantage of EMH if convenient. If you don't want to arrive that early, pick another park for the day.

Personally, we aren't early risers, so we choose to avoid EMH the vast majority of the time. Unless you're travelling during a peak season when EMH can make or break your day, I'd recommend choosing a plan that fits your sleeping patterns. While I'm on VACATION, the last thing I want to do is set the alarm clock for 6:30 so that I can make EMH. But that's just me... :)

I am exactly the opposite. :)

While EMH might not hold the same advantage it does during the busy season, I just don't see how it could work against you(unless getting up early wears on your touring group to the point where they call it a day too early).
