I have a little Mickey Mouse on top of my monitor. I got him from McDonalds and he's dressed in a black tuxedo. This morning, for no apparent reason, he started to play a fanfare...something he hasn't done since I got him a long time ago.
What was Mickey trying to tell me? It couldn't be that he wanted me to go to Disneyworld? He knows I have Mike's college tuition due in August- he wouldn't be so cruel!
What was he trying to tell me?. Then it came to me-There's a sale at the Disney Store. What better way to spend my last day of freedom-finals start next week and the boys will be home at about 10 AM most days.
I hopped in the car and headed for the mall, went up the stairs and into the Disney Store. I found the cutest pair of black sandals with turquoise Mickey cut-outs on them 35% off- 9 bucks-SOLD!!!!
Sometimes you just need a little retail therapy. When Mickey talks...I listen.
