Email to Resorts

Has anyone ever emailed an individual Resort Manager with suggestions after a vacation? I had a few items I wanted to bring to the attention of the Vero Beach manager and was considering using regular mail because I didn't know the email address to send it to.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Bob...

I would use the snail mail... They'll get it and read it. They do have email addresses but they don't give them to the public.

I decided to do just what you suggested. I figure a paper trail is still the way to go.
