We are looking to do one nice meal at the DLH to give us a reason to explore the grounds etc ( we will be at GC). Where would you eat , especially for a good steak ?

You will get a great steak at Grandville's. Never did Hook's point.

<font color=navy>We really like Hook's Pointe. I think it's more of a fish, pasta type place. I like the decor - kind of like a muted Peter Pan, water theme. Downstairs they have a wine cellar.
I've never been to Granville's, but I heard that they have a good steak there.
Whichever you pick, I'm sure you'll enjoy either one. :)

I loved Hook's Point. I was did not have steak but my brother and sister in law both had filet mignon and loved it. An ex boss of mine makes it a point to eat at Granvilles on every trip. They love the menu and service and food. A lot of help I am!!!! I think you can't go wrong with either one. Be aware that I read Hook's Pointe is on a reduced schedule and may not be open every day of the week.
