Amerisuites Universal Questions??

We are looking at staying at Amerisuites Orlando/Universal on Caravan Court in April and wanted to know if anyone has stayed there. We have a couple of questions on the hotel it self? Is it clean/dirty?? What was the breakfast like? How the pool is? Is the hotel within walking distance to Universal? Can get a rate of $65/night
is that good?
Please let me know what you think!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This hotel is very new. I had it booked before I changed my ressie in Dec. I have stayed at Amerisuites before (not this one) and was very happy. This property opened 3-4 months ago. $65 sounds like a good rate for April in a suite! I do recall them being spacious. They seem to be popping up all over! :)
