We're going next week! Questions about crowds and more.

We just decided on saturday to make a trip to WDW this coming saturday! Only a week to plan and pack:eek: The last and only time we've ever gone was in september 2000. I know the weather will be nicer this time but what about the crowds. From what I've read they should be pretty low the week before Thanksgiving. Is that right?

We are also not planning to park hop this time. I'm hoping that the crowds won't be too bad at MK on monday because that's the only day we'll be able to see the parade at night. Last time the night we saw the parade at MK I think it was the most people I'd ever seen in one place! We got there pretty early and staked out a place. It was great but wow - what crowds! How early will we need to try to stake out a place this time?


Any other tips or thoughts are appreciated!

We just got back yesterday and even though it was our 1st time there, I would say that the crowds were very mangeable. You need to FP for Space Mountain and Splash Mountain for sure, but almost everything else was walk on or tops 20 mins. Just use a combo. of FP and short waits and you'll be fine. What suprised me was how hot it was, hopefully you won't have that. About the night parade, I don't know how a Monday will be. We saw it on Saturday night, and the corwds were unbelievable, but Sat. is when people are either just starting or ending their vacation, plus the Florida residents swarm in. Hope you have a great time.
