I did my WATP 2 miles in the morning, did not do anything in the evening though.

I did!!! My Curves is open on Saturdays- and if I'm at home, I'm there!!!

Did 6miles on the treadmill while watching Dr. P and some Oprah that I had taped.

Hi,

I didn't get to exercise on Saturday. What happened to the thread for who exercised on Friday?

I was on the treadmill for an hour and nowhere to post.

Oh well, maybe next time.

I walked 45 minutes - which I think is 2 1/2 - 3 miles. Haven't had a chance to find out for sure yet. Also did 60 crunches and some weight work.

A Curves workout for me.

ADisneyMom, it looks like the Friday exercise thread hasn't been posted yet - it usually gets posted on Mondays. I'll go post it now!
