VISTANA RESORT Shuttle Service to WDW Parks?

Hi, can anyone tell me how often the shuttle bus service to WDW parks from the Vistana Resort ran (to and from) and how long of a ride was it. Were the buses nice, clean, etc. Any feedback is appreciated.

I am curious about the shuttle service, too. I am staying at Vistana Villages 7/9 - 7/13. How was shuttle service from this location?
