I did, though I wish I could have done more. Only my Pilates class. Still hoping it intensifies. I think I'm working at my full potential, but maybe she will have some suggestions about how to kick it up a notch! It still doesn't seem hard enough. Though she did give us a few more exercises that I had not done before, and they definately produced a bit of heat. I'm thinking I just am used to the basic moves, and need to move on.
Who else go moving yesterday?

Keep the Faith!

45 minutes speed walk on treadmill. It felt good. I treated myselkf to a new pair of shoes earlier in the week and I walked Tues and my toes were falling asleep. I hate breaking in new shoes!! Toes felt much better on next walk..got my workout gear on now going to do it again!!

I did my two miles on the treadmill, just over 15 min. mile. I'm going to have to do some longer walks if I'm ever going to walk that half-marathon!:hyper:

I did! I did!:bounce: I'm really happy because I didn't exercise Tues. or Wed. I did the 3 mile WATP and i really pushed myself to get the intensity up.

Hmm.. :scratchin.... does teaching :teacher: a class of 2nd graders until 3 pm count as exercise? I guess not, but I was sure tired!

Way to go to everyone who did get in some exercise! ::yes::

 Now that I have a new job I had to change up my workout schedule, so instead of my usual Friday workout I got mine in today. Still under the weather, so I skipped running and did a half hour on the elliptical and 20 min. on the LifeCycle.

It looks like everyone who has posted is predominately female. Do you mind if a slightly older than middle-aged man responds? I walked 2 1/2 miles on Thursday. I have been on a mission since I experienced heart trouble 5 years ago. I work out 4 times a week and watch my diet very carefully (low sodium, low cholesterol, and low fat). Right now, I am at my lowest weight in 14 years. However, I nust not lie, I still have the occasional Bass Ale a couple of times a week. Thanks for letting me in on the WISH Board. I appreciate it. :)
