Hi, I'm am starting to plan this summer's vacation. We've been back from our WDW vacation a few weeks. I would love to go back in a couple of weeks, but the price would have to be EXCELLENT! Anyone know of any vacation deals from Toronto? All destinations are welcome! THANKS!

You are driving me nuts. You just got back and you are already planning your next trip. For this year even!! Here I am, scrimping, saving, dreaming, cashing in bottles, looking for work, making Christmas crafts to sell, and the best I can hope for is sometime next year!! Even with all of that, I will probably still not be able to afford to stay on the property. One of us is definately doing something wrong, and it's not you!

I am really looking forward to meeting you at the Centre Island Dis Meet. I want you to write down all your money saving ideas and any other hints you may have so that I may be able to get back to WDW, before I'm too old and decrepid to enjoy it.

Believe me, you will definately be able to recognize me. I will be wearing my handmade Disney T-Shirts and any thing else Disney I am able to make between now and then!

Courtyard by Marriot in Downtown Disney has rooms for 21$ a night. Check Hotwire for air from Torinto or Buffalo. It was 124$ RT a while back from Buffalo. WW

Hi all. I don't think we'll be going this summer. I can get cheap airfare (family for $800.00 inclusive) but only for 3 or 4 days. If I'm going to spend $800.00 I want a week. I think we'll just do day trips and dream about a WDW vacation next April! We have season's passes to Wonderland and have gone every weekend for 7 weeks! We are also zoo members so we go there lots too. I hope to make the GTA DISmeet, but I think we might pass and go to the Niagara Falls meet. We were hoping to spend the night in the Falls but the hotels are too $$$$. $175.00 seems to be the norm and we have Entertainment Book rates! THANKS ALL!

Hi Sandra,

I know what you mean about the rates! I called all over looking for the Entertainment book rates but only the Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls was able to give me a discount and that was only 10%, not enough to make a difference. J. and I are going on the Saturday afternoon and staying through till Tuesday so we can do all the touristy things. I ended up booking the Hilton at $249 for the Saturday night (eeeks) and $149 for the Sunday and Monday nights.

I do hope you can make it but if not I'll see you at the Island meet! I don't think I can talk J. into both of them so he'll probably just do the Niagara one.
