Going to disney soon........eating tips?

So we all here becuase wel ike disney AND we are living a healthier lifestyle.......besides the basic (whether it be akins or low fat), what do you eat when you go. any good suggestions? places to eat? etc

We're going to WDW for a 14 day trip at the beginning of Dec. So I'm preparing to stay OP. I have been checking the menus on Deb's site, so that I can make healthy food choices ahead of time. Also I'm able to find out which places serve healthier food. We have a number of PS's, so for example, at the character breakfasts I'm going to ask for the healthy breakfast option, so that I'm not tempted by the other stuff. Hopefully some other people who have already done this and have been successful will post some of their tips. I can use all the help that I can get :sunny:
