Anyone have this problem with MSN

For the past few days, sometimes when I try to connect to MSN, my modem dials or begins to dial, then goes no further. I can not connect a lot and I don't know if its my computer or MSN's servers.

This problem has wreaked havoc on my rewards points status!

I'll feel better if its not my computer.
