I had surgery on Wednesday and havent really been doing my plan, but i need to go back to it, I cant walk on my tread mill but i can walk at the mall, and stuff.. I need to go back to my water and cut out my diet coke..

I'm glad everything went well. :) Please take it easy during your recovery. Don't rush the exercise too much. You'll have plenty of time for that when you're 100% again. :)

Take care of yourself and at least you are able to get some exercise in while walking at the mall and get back to drinking that water. At least you are looking for things that you can go ahead and start doing again instead of putting them off.
