Can you guys rate the coasters at US / IOA?

In terms of "intensity" .... from "mildest" to "meanest" how would you rate them?

I'm a "big chicken" when it comes to the coasters but my Mom (63) just loves them and I know she's going to want me to ride at least a couple with her.

I'm going to try to be brave :rolleyes: but I also don't want to make myself sick :( and ruin our whole day.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi WDWNovice!
I won't use mild / mean adjectives. How 'bout this:
-The Hulk - very smooth; feet on the floor; intensity level (1-10) is a 10.
-Dueling Dragons - very smooth; no floor; intensity is 9+.
-Flying Unicorn (family coaster) - not so smooth; short ride w/ floor; intensity about 5. *USF has a Woody Woodpecker coaster very similar to Unicorn.

We always ride Spiderman (not a coaster) 1st thing in the A.M. as a great wake-up when we arrive!
Have a blast!

I haven't ridden the kiddie-coasters, but I actually find Hulk to be the mildest of the three major coasters at IOA, my ranking, least to most "intense":

* Hulk
* Ice
* Fire

I personally find Hulk both thrilling and yet almost 'relaxing' because it is sooooo smooth and you feel very secure in those seats.

Fire and Ice Dragons are both pretty intense...and the near miss with the wall on ice will give you a scare (from the front row anyway) every time!!!
lol
:)

have fun

personaly i think that the fire dragon is the most intence. the lateral forces that you get are astonomical. Even if the hulk does have 7 inversions.
