Hi all..........for the first time I am totally ashamed........lol. I know we all cheat once in a while but I really DONE DID IT THIS TIME!!
I too have wondered off the track now and then but today I fell like I have totally outdone myself! It all satred on halloween! Just started with the candy then the pizza....OH HEAVEN! then today (saturday) Just haven't been myself I cant even begin to say what I ate today! Anyway I know there tomorrow and I WILL get back on track tomorrow. I have to say though....my thoughts as I write this are that I truely think this change (been healthy for 2 months) is for real this time. Because although, I have had two bad days, I feel so bad about it and I just wrote "I havent been myself", which means this type of eating is not me anymore.

{{ Hugs }} for you! Isn't it amazing what we can put our bodies through?? Fortunately, you can get right back on your healthy eating plan. You know how to do this - you just took a bit of a detour on your road to living healthy.

Today is a new day! :sunny: Be good to yourself - feed your body healthy food!!

Feeling guilty and ashamed is a terrible waste of your valuable life, don't do it!

Your bad eating choices happened in the past and the past is, well.....PAST.

Don't worry about this anymore, it's over and done and you can't change it. Just focus on right now. Right now you are newly focused on goal and back on track.

More importantly, you realize that you have made some permanent and lasting changes to your lifestyle. Isn't that great? I'm so proud of you.
