Just got back from a 10 day vacation and the scale says I did not gain any weight back!:bounce: I did not loose anything either, but I am okay with that!:teeth: Three night cruise and 5 nights @ WDW I did not watch what I ate very closely. I enjoyed myself and now I am back on WW.

Good for you!! Being on vacation is always dicey for me, so the fact that you maintained on your vacation is awesome.

Good for you!
I am going on a 20 day trip soon (not to WDW, though) and I am hoping that the increased activity level will offset the food I hope to eat! I'd like to come back the same weight as I left!
You must be so proud of yourself!

Wow that is great! I don't know how you did that? I've never come home from Disney without gaining weight.
Congratulations

Congrats on not gaining anything. I really hope I can be as lucky! Did you eat anything you want? or did you sort of count points? I am sort of scared of gaining tons of pounds when I leave in a few weeks.
Congrats,
Melanie

I did not count ANYTHING!
It was a good thing the cruise was only 3 nights. I ordered whatever I wanted. Usually Seafood! I ate bread and dessert, but only a bite or two of dessert.
WDW is a carbo overload! I ate the big pretzels (with cheese). We ate in our villa usually oatmeal and fruit. We usually ate a late lunch and snacked on popcorn later in the night. Lots of walking! That must have helped! Just one big meal a day at the parks. So, enjoy yourself after all that is what a vacation is all about!

That's great to hear. It's wonderful when you can enjoy your vacation and see the same number on the scale when you return home.
