Hi all!
This will be my first trip back to Universal in 10 years. My first trip was in 1994 when I was about 12 years onld. Is there anything that happens during the day at either park like parades or one time per day shows (i.e fantasmic at MGM or Illuminations at Epcot)? It has been a long time and I can use all the info I can get. I know a TON about WDW but nothing about Universal Studios.
Thanks,
Minnesota

There are day shows, yes. More at USF than IOA. Check the show schedule insert you get with the map for times.

No parades or evening shows, except during peak season.

And she'll be there today, watching it. It's a very simple show, but it's very funny. One of my friends saw it for the first time on 10/19 and he told me he thought it was a great show.

Consequently, he also has this idea that half the scareactor girls want him. :jester:  :rotfl:

As DM stated, during peak times, IOA has the Island Blast fireworks show. It is absolutely wonderful. We viewed it from our hotel room everynight when we stayed on site.

I highly recommend the Horror Make-Up Show at US. Also, when we are there in Dec. there will be a revamp of the Macy's Thanksgiving parade at US. I hear there will be fireworks also during the Dec. Holidays.

From the 26th - Jan 1st (or maybe just Dec 31, I forget) they have fireworks. After that, though, it will have to wait until summer...

Why YES I do!! ::yes:: The Extreme Ghostbusters Show! :smooth:

And she'll be there today, watching it.

Hmm...well, I was supposed to watch the show yesterday :p but they were preparing for some charity event and the stage was blocked off! So I have to wait 2 whole weeks until I get to see it again!!! lol

Ouch! An insult to your friend AND the show! :rotfl:

DM - I was commenting on your wording. I know you said he liked it and that you liked it, but the way you worded it made it sound like:

He liked the show, but then again he thought a bunch of girls liked him. (Meaning, he must have a whacked way of thinking) :p

Well, he does have an odd thought process. Both statements are true though. He did like the show. He also thought some of the scareactor girls liked him.

No, I have no idea how he made the assumption of the 2nd statement.

Does anyone else think that the guy with the cowboy hat in the Ghostbusters show looks like John Edward the pyschic?
