ever won one of DA's new auction formats? I have a cable modem and I have never even gotten close.

haven't even come close....IMHO, it's just another way for the sharks to build up their reservoir of pins and shut us measly "hobbyists" out. I don't think Disney cares who buys the pins as long as they're sold. It's discouraging to those of us so far from the parks. It could laso put a further damper on pin trading, except for those priviledged few.

People with dial-up should have had a good opportunity at any of the auctions with 50 or more.

I have a cable modem at home, and generally have a 50-50 shot at winning an auction with 30 pieces available.

Not even close. We have both dial up in my room and cable in my son's room. I do ok on cable if it is not Stitch or Tink.

Now at work I am golden - guess I need to work more.
