I tried it for the first time and they are really good and filling. I got the Vermont Brand sugar free syrup (made with splenda). The mix has 3 gm of carbs for 1/4 cup dry mix, which makes a very filling serving of pancakes. I got them both at Stop & Shop.
I was wondering how the other mixes are, brownie, banana bread? Anyone ever try these?

I love to make waffles using the pancake mix, they are tasty. I've tried the brownie mix and didn't care for it.
The banana nut muffin mix and the lemon poppy muffin mix are both yummy.

I agree with Katholyn about the Banana bread.
I made mine into muffins (it only made 12, not 13 - go figure:p ). I then divided muffins into zippy bags (2 per bag) and froze them. Thus, I had breakfast for a week.
They were great and very convenient. Haven't tried the lemon poppy seed yet, they are next.

I used to make the blueberry muffins too but they changed the recipe and now they are 8 grams each :earseek: Not worth it to me. They are delicious but not worth 8 grams of carbs.

Now I liked the brownies but I was just dying for some chocolate. I have only made them once because I did not want to use so many carbs on a little brownie!!
The pancake mix is also good and we use it for a once in a while treat. I do add some cinnamon and some splenda and we love it even more!!
I have the blueberry mix but have not used it yet.

Stop & Shop has all Atkins products 25% off this week, today is the last day. I'm going to go try some of these other products.

We don't have Stop and Shop here. I never find Atkins products on sale, either, darn it.
