any shot glass collectors out there?

I was just curious if anyone else liked to collect these. These are my favorite and I always look for new ones wherever I go. Starting tomorrow, I'll be keeping my eye out for new ones at Disney.

YES! Both my ds and dh collect them. We have mostly Disney, but other ones from places we have been/visited. Do you have them displayed? We just moved, so right now they are in boxes, but I wanted to find a nicer way to display them than haphazardly on a shelf.

Our most recent find was a new ones for Mission:Space...so cool!

I started collecting them from my first trip to Disney. It's so fun to look for new ones. Whenever my family and friends go somewherer new, they always pick me up a new one too. They're also pretty inexpensive to collect.

I bought a shot glass shelf a couple years ago from Current. It holds 35 shot glasses. (Not enough for me, I now have about 70). Here's a link for the shelf I bought. I think its nice and sturdy. The only problem is that it only holds 5 of the taller shot glasses, but it's still good. My father USE TO collect them, he has over 1,000....some old Disney ones. He has now moved on to pin! My poor mother.... Now they have all these shot glasses that have warped the ping pong table! And they don't even all fit on the table.....:(

HI ALL!
Since 1977, I have had the date of my trip WDW engraved on a shot glass.
It started with a shot glass engraved with the MK logo only.
After Epcot opened the shot glass had the MK and Epcot on it plus the date.
Then MK, Epcot and MGM .
Let me explain, the glass has each theme parks logo engraved on it. they were sold at the Glass Store on Main St. USA. At MK.

Now, when I go to places other than WDW I try to get a shot glass of the local and have it engraved.

I picked up some awesome shot glasses while I was down there. I got one of the Magic Kingdom with my name etched on it. Very nice. I picked up an Epcot one, a Misson Space one (great ride), one from the Food and Wine festival, one from All Star Sports and one from Mickey's PhilHarmagic (the best 3D show ever!!!).
