My husband and I have booked our stay at the Hilton, because of their great rates over Christmastime, their free shuttles to Disney parks and the microwaves and refrigerators in each room!
I've read good things about this hotel on tripadvisor.com, but I'd like to hear some firsthand accounts, if possible!
Thanks! :sunny:

We stayed there a few months ago when we went to Seaworld, and we loved it. It looked brand new, everything was very clean, and the staff were all very polite and friendly.

I got what I consider a great rate for this hotel which includes passes to Sea World. Does anyone know if it's really possible to walk from the hotel to Sea World, or do they provide a shuttle? Also, has anyone else gotten the free passes deal? I am wondering if you only get 1 day for a 2 night stay, and if you can use them on the same day that you check in.

from the hotel to Sea World, but the person at the desk was not specific, just told us to "go out the side exit and cross the street" which led us to the back of a parking lot with gates and huge do not enter signs. We assumed that we were supposed to walk around to an entrance which proved impossible with a stroller as the side walk ended plus it was deceivingly far, and incredibly hot. After about 30 minutes we got quite frustrated, turned back and got into our car and drove over. When we returned that night we felt like complete idiots when we were told that we could have walked around the gates and through the closed parking lot, which would have actually been closer than where we paid to park, LOL.
A year ago, we got a great deal on a package including two free adult tickets with 2 nights stay at a rate of $99 per night. The hotel was excellent and spotless and our standard room was very big. The pool was nice and stayed open late. We were given free microwave popcorn and were able to see the fireworks from our window. We were very pleased, and would stay there again!
Also, we did the Dine With Shamu show and it was worth it for the show, but the food was absolutely horrible. In fact compared to WDW, the food service was extremely slow, terrible and expensive throughout the entire park. I would definitely take snacks and water and eat breakfast beforehand.
Hope this helps, have a great time!

Forgot to add that there were no shuttles to Sea World and you can use your passes on the day you arrive. Ours were only good for one day but Sea World was offering free 2nd day admittance when we were there in August last year.
