Well, I blew it yesterday. I have to reset my cheat free star. I'm not sure why yesterday did me in, I don't have any good reasons.
I'm keeping the star for today so I can just reset at 1 tomorrow.
The cheat is over and done. Time to move on and hope I still lose at weigh in this week (it's possible, it wasn't a terrible cheat).
I can comfort myself with my gold 30 lb. clippie. It's a reminder of how well I have done.

You've done a great job, despite the star's number! The way I look at it is this is a life-long journey. I plan to "cheat" when I get to goal. That's my nature. I just need to control my cheats better. I cheat now, and am still losing. Such is life.
You've done great, and you're right. That 30 pound clippie looks super! So hold your head up and be proud! You can do this. You're doing it - every day! Keep up the good work!

{{{Hugs}}}} PAdisMOM. That 30 pound clippie shows that you ARE doing great!! The other thing that shows you are doing great is your decision to put yesterday behind you and move on!! I'm really proud of you for your decision to do that!
BTW, when Jody first posted the terms of the 100 day Cheat Free Challenge, she said that one small cheat was allowed every two weeks. Maybe your cheat falls within those guidelines??
I'm going to pm Jody and see if she will re-post the challenge.

So you start over with day 1. You're doing so well, don't go feeling guilty over a little "cheat". It's all over and done with now and in the past and we don't worry about the past, right?
Right now you are focused on goal and back on track and you're doing a great job. {{{HUGS}}}

There would be no shame in collecting CHEAT FREE STARS!:teeth:
Your first is a 16 day! You are doing so well. I'm glad to see you understand how far you've come and that there is hope for a loss, despite your minor infraction!
Keep the Faith!
