I can't remember if we've posted about it her before. It's a real treat I thought you might enjoy. :)

My favorite is Black Forest :lovestruc followed closely by Key Lime. ::yes::

They are listed as 14 grams of carb, but what I hear is that the live cultures eat up the sugar leaving only about 4 grams of digestible carbs. It is sweetened with Splenda. I find it at my Walmart neighborhood grocery.

I added it to my diet about 2 weeks ago and have lost 5 lbs in that time with no cravings.

I'll have to see if I can find this for my dh. I don't care for any type of yogurt but he loves it. Wonder if they carry it in Michigan

Yes! My favorite is Blackberry Cream, or Black Forest! I have one of these a day - I count 5 carbs apiece.

LisaTx! What can I say other than YumBO!! I found the Black Forest at Super WallyWorld and it is GREAT!! I want to incorporate more yogurt in my diet (as I have read that eating yogurt can increase the % of body fat lost) and this is JUST the thing!! No Key Lime at that store, but I will keep looking.

I believe it was PAdisMom that posted on another thread that Blue Bunny also make low carb ice cream! I think she said that she bought it at Walmart also. Three cheers for the Blue BUnny company!!!

Blue Bunny gets four cheers in our house. They have a ton of Splenda sweetened treats. My kids and I love the orange and raspberry vanilla swirl ice cream bars. They are wonderful. They also have fudge bars and fudge vanilla swirl.

The vanilla yogurt was very good, and DH said the blueberry was too. Only 85 calories - and appears to be good for Atkins, South Beach, WW or any other healthy eating plan!

I discovered Blue Bunny ice cream at my local grocery store a few weeks ago, bought Rocky Road and it really is good!! :)
