I was really excited about eating better and walking and then:( I spent the weekend away and just went crazy! Anyway this is my official "do over". I will walk everyday this week and eat less! That is a promise to myself. I would really like to take 5 less lbs of me to Disney next month. Thanks for listening!:teeth:

Lots of luck with the 'do over' Disneycrazymom - I am six days into starting again myself after a three week vacation! Promising I will stick with Atkins induction & do WATP each day!

Good luck to you with the walking and cutting down,
Claire:wave:

Thank-you so much! I started out today with a bottle of water. No Rams tail gate for me today either! (still hope they win though) Thanks for the encouragement, it is so wonderful to always find it here!:teeth:

Thanks all! I made it through the game with no cheating!!!! That is hard. So much temptation, but for awhile I need to stop cold turkey as I seem to not be in control of my junk food intake. Still a good football day as the Rams won!:teeth: Does jumping around after touchdowns count as excercise?;) Thanks again for the support!

that I am the self-proclaimed Queen of starting over! We can do it. I flubbed up my saturday a bit more that I had planned - but that's ok - in the big picture I'm far more healthier than I was a year ago and today I jumped back on my WW wagon! I'm proud of you for sticking through and resisting the tailgating food!

Also, according to the tag fairy - bouncing counts as 1 activity point in the WW program - so i'm sure that your jumping counts too!!

I'm with you at "starting over". I've been working out/treadmill 45 min virtually everyday but today we went to the State Fair!!! Everything is better fried right!!! I had 1 corn dog, 2 fried oreos, 1 fried Snickers, shared 3 ways some twirled potatos, bag of cotton candy (fat free!!:D ), fried cheese curd w/ ranch dressing (sounds disgusting but I was assured it was good and - oh - it was!) and 1 regular coke, the rest was water. But we did tons of walking. I did not eat breakfast or dinner so I hope the scale does not give too much bad news. I was the lowest weight I've seen in years this morning :( . Lost 9 pounds so far...oh well...back at it gang!

Good luck to you all.

Oh gillis95 I am starving just looking at all those wonderful goodies at the fair. I love corn dogs (especially the ones at Disney World) and I have never even heard of a fried oreo or a fried snickers, but I bet I would LOVE them! Don't worry we will all start over together. One day will not undo all the hard work you have done so far. I am still starving though, and I'll be thinking of fried candy all day.:teeth:

You can think about it! Glad to see you have improved spirits since your original post. Don't think of it as starting over. (this isn't SCRABBLE) Just keep moving forward. Anyone who can get through a tailgate without cheating is my HERO!

Keep the Faith!
