View Full Version : Operation Tot Check In 10/17-10/23 Come On In Here And Report Your Progress

Okay we are on the down hill slide for those of us still trying to get to TOT goals! We only have two weeks left to bump it up and get to our goals. For me i'm down to 148 now which surpised me to say the least. I'm 11/14 now so i may could still make my goal. I did'nt think i'd get this close and i'm not willing to settle just yet for this. I want the whole 14lbs. I am sorry i have'nt been much support or been on the boards much. We own our business so it's been very hectic and busier than usual i've been turning mega hours the last three weeks and there's no signs of things slowing down in the coming weeks. We had to let key employee's go so now dh and i are doing most everything. I'm happy though we are quite successful at doing it ourselves but i do miss time with the kids that i had to give up to be at work. That has created a lot of stress for me and him both. But it's all good for the moment. Tara thanks so much for posting the thread for last week for me. We had a great time at HHN's at universal it's a must do for us next year. Okay guys lets get on the ball now we have goals to meet and weight to get off!!!! Make every day count for the next two weeks no slacking allowed!!!!!!

What's going on here where are our TOT goalers? Has everyone but me reached goal? Come on guys please let me know i'm not the only one hanging around for Halloween all by myself. I"m getting there but i still need these last two weeks.

Hi POS I have reached my TOT goal but I will still be participating in the challenge. I'm still trying to lose a couple of pounds more before Halloween. I don't weigh myselh 'till Tues., but you can be sure that I will check in on Tues.

WOW look at you guys getting so thin right before my very eyes. Both of you made GOAL plus some. I'm so proud of you. This is so great! Thanks for cheering me on to goal with you.

I lost 2.5 lbs this week making me 15.5/25. I don't know that I'll make my goal but I am aiming to get as close as possible! Everyone's doing great - keep up the good work - Halloween's right around the corner!!:Pinkbounc

Tammy, I cannot get over your new clippie. That's the prettiest clippie I have ever looked at! About Operation Trick or Treat, I have made 2 goals and met them both. 1st one being 15 lbs. and the 2nd one being 6. :-) Yippee! I want to make a new one today -- my new TOT goal is to be down 5 more pounds by then, so I can get my 30 lb. clippie which will mean so much to me. Wish me luck! :teeth:

i skipped the TOT check-in last week b/c I had :yo-yo: back up to 138 and this week I'm at 139 so that makes me a darn-it -1/8 !!!

i'm really perplexed as this past week I have done pretty well; better than I had been. I think my cheating that I thought I had been "getting away" with has caught up to me and is punishing me! I'm on a five week countdown to our trip, so that is my new goal and motivation; but i'm sad to say I'm going to have to bail on the TOT challenge as I'm worse off than when I started!

I'm regretful that I didn't have more time to lurk on this thread and read the WISH board more maybe I would'nt have strayed. If you guys have been noticing lately I have been yo-yoing these last pounds since pretty much July. I have toned a bit more, but i'm getting really frustrated with myself. I take full responsibility for it. Maybe this is the low-point I needed to hit to really kick my rear into losing the last pounds.

Good luck you guys have done sooooo great!! Hang in there in two weeks I know you will have made your goal! I'm very proud of you that have made this challenge all that it could be for you!

I lost another 1/2 pound this week which brings me to 6/10. TOM is coming this week so I don't have huge hopes for much loss, but maybe I'll be lucky enough to get one huge WHOOSH -- just in time for Hallowe'en and my 10 year wedding anniversary ;)

Congrats to everyone who has reached their ToT goal, and to those of us who haven't, but also haven't given up !

I'm down 2 more which puts me at 9/5. I'd like to double my TOT goal, with one last check in.
Let's all try to leave this challenge on an upbeat goal even if we didn't reach our goal. Let's all finish up the last check in as a complete group of losers! I'm off to exercise!!!!!

POS--so sorry we haven't checked in with you!!! I am...get this....11.5/12!!! lol:rotfl: I am totally cool with it, though. We are going out of town Friday, and I was shooting my TOT goal for then, so, I think I can shave off that pesky .5 pound by then...

It is so incredible that there are so many who passed their goals up!!! Great job everybody!!!

I'm pretty excited this morning :tongue: I just weighed myself and I have lost 7lbs this week ::yes:: So that puts my TOT goal at 27/20. Good luck to everyone whose working hard to get to their goal. We still have a little time left, so come on, you can do it!!!

well, it's my first gain in 6 months!! I'm up to 187- still 8 pounds away from TOT goal- but I'm gonna shoot to get as low as I can.
Do I know what did it??? 2 weeks of antibiotics for pneumonia- no exercise, only drank water but the food was all about comfort- chicken noodle soup out the ying-yang, french fries way too often- because it's about the best thing dh can cook er I mean order on his way home. Desserts abounded to keep my kids from feeling neglected with a sicko mom for so long- ya know...M&M's, Kit Kats,homemade cookie dough.....I'm really surprised I only gained 2 pounds- but I'm back in the saddle again- walked my 4 miles on Monday- ready to get back to par and on to losing- I'll be EXCITED to post my weigh in next week cause I'm gonna sock it to these pounds I put on!! :)

ONWARDS & DOWNWARDS!!!!!

I've had a bad couple of weeks emotionally...just really coming down from the high I had for the first 2 months of Atkins. The success has slowed and it really got me down.

But, I have lost another 2 pounds and that puts me at 12/17 for the challenge. I really want to do it! It seems when I really dedicate to exercise (not fun stuff...the real get-fit cardio killer stuff) I don't lose much b/c I'm gaining muscle and losing fat. So, the scale doesn't cooperate.

Anyway...I'm going to shoot for the last 5 over the next 2 weeks!

Hi Everyone! I was away this weekend, and food was entirely (98%) out of my control. So I ended up . . . maintaining, putting me still 4½ pounds from my TOT goal. I am still not back to snuff, but I'll do the best I can. And you know what? I'm not only okay with that, I'm proud that I've been able to accomplish what I have! I've appreciated the push, Tammy. Next stop..... a pretty blue clippie by Christmas! :moped:

She shoots---SHE SCORES!!! GOAL!!! I reached the TOT goal early, too!! I am really excited, because today is our anniversary, and Friday we go away for the weekend!!

You guys are doing just great!!! I am 2/7, which I can consider to be great. I know this seems strange but I was on a cruise in the Med and was gone 9/16-10/3. The fact the I am back down to before the cruise is wonderful. And, my clothes actually are fitting me better, so that's what counts. We leave for WDW next Thursday, so I am buckling down this week.

I lost 3 pounds this week!!!! That makes me 5/10, so I'm not too sure I'll make my original goal with just over a week to go, but I only have 1 more to loose to meet my mini goal of capturing my 10 pound clippie and I know I should be able to do that. I'm going to continue to be really good about what I eat and drink tons of water and I've been doing my WATP tapes at least 3 times a week so I think that's why I'm finally getting somewhere.

Good luck everyone in our final days of this challenge!!!!!
