Best days to go to Universal and IOA?

We haven't been to USF for about 3 years. We are planning a trip next Jan. 4-13th, 2002. We are kind of excited to see what's new, so we wanted to go there our first 2 days in Orlando on Sat. and Sunday. Would this be a big mistake? Do you think these would be horribly crowded days there? What day would be the least crowded day to go? Maybe give us 2 answers. The least crowded day, and the next to the least crowded day. Thanks! The least crowded day seems to be Sunday, with Monday or Tuesday being the next least crowded. Saturday tends to be quite crowded.
