good grief! my order came today and is fine, but I also got someone else's! And they ordered a lot of fiber! I emailed fibersbytheyard just now, but since they don't put your shipping invoice in the envelope, I have no clue who this was supposed to go to. what a pain! hopefully the company will get back to me asap. maggie

well, that thought did cross my mind.... but it's a LOT of fiber. They emailed me back and told me to keep it anyway. (so if it was a gift, I'm keeping it and my ss doesn't have to freak out that I sent it back) :D Wow, way to cause a panic eh spinning? maggie

You can always think of it this way, Thank God your order didn't go to someone else. And you come out Lucky and get to reap the wealth of their mistake. Like you said that speaks of GOOD CS.

Gee Nicurn...did I tell you I don't really like fibers....HAHAHA!
You know if you happen to have a lot of fibers and you know you will never use it you could alwas give it to fund raiser crops. I know the crop for the cure I went to had everyone send a varity of fibers they made up a huge tray to raffle off as a fund raiser.

Woo hoo!! Christmas came early to Maggie's house! Congratulations on your windfall. Were the extra fibers ones that you like?? It would be a shame if you hated the colors.

Hey I got an extra computer that way. Yes 2 computers! I bought my first computer and had so much trouble . The stupid thing kept crashing. After so many calls to the company. They knew me by name and would not give my call to anyone. they would say that no one was in (for days) finally got some one They had me send it back . Long story but UPS lost it . Finally they sent me another one. about 1 month later another one appeared on my door step.
I called the company. STILL not taking my calls.I could not tell them . I then wrote the nastiest letter to them and told them what a terrible company they were and in the last line of the letter I told them that I now had 2 computers. They NEVER got back to me so Now I got 2computers for the price of one. I have no trouble with them any more either.:tongue: :tongue: :tongue:
