Leaving my neighborhood heading to work and see the fedex truck. Turn around and go back home - nope
Get closer to work and see the UPS truck heading down the road. too late to run around
So do I chase down the UPS truck or the FedEx truck?

When we cruised in August, our docs arrived via UPS, however, I've seen other posts stating they got theirs by Fed Ex, so, take your pick.....maybe you should chase any UPS/Fed Ex truck you see in your neighborhood......Andy

Disney switched to UPS this year.
What's nice about this is that you no longer have to sign for the documents. I swear that the FedEx guy would wait until I left the house for a minute to deliver my docs.

iamgoingtodisney,
I'm in MA and I got my docs from UPS. However I had to sign for them so I picked them up at UPS center. I notice you're sailing on 11/8. I sail on 11/13 (3 nights) and I got my docs last week.
Sue from Boston
another person from MA here and I got my documents via UPS for the Nov. 16th Wonder cruise on Wednesday(10/8) but I didn't have to sign for mine.

UPS - both sets
one went to TX, our old address and then UPS sent us a card to have them forwarded
the new set came to our new house, also via UPS, no signature required. I happened to be home and the doorbell rang (our driver rings the doorbell and then leaves). I FLEW down the stairs and then called the kids so we could do our happy dance as we opened them!

Mine were delivered by "Cindy Express". My TA said that since I was so eager to get them that I could pick them up instead of her shipping them. That's exactly what I did yesterday. I'll be sailing on the NOv. 1 .

Hey again imgoingtodisney.
So do I chase down the UPS truck or the FedEx truck?
Why chase? You've done such a fantastic job concerning the Dis Wish weight loss, just show a little leg. Those trucks will probably stop in their tracks...
Mine came regular mail!
Ours came via Harold. The dear man has been delivering the mail here for as long as he can remember (I think he has Alzheimers)...

Our docs came UPS for the 11/8 cruise the other day. They were in front of the garage door. Almost ran them over, as the box was small & hard to see! The previous 2 times came Fed Ex & you had to sign for them.
Be patient, I'm sure they'll arrive soon! Maybe you're getting a last minute upgrade & they had to redo them!! That would indeed be worth the wait!

Ours came by UPS this past August, but everybody's heard that story!!! As a funny side note, the UPS man (Tom) that delivered our docs in August, he and his family are moving into the apartment that my mom just moved out of last week. I was talking with Tom last weekend about him delivering our docs, we had such a good laugh about it. I told Tom that he was now a famous UPS Man on the DISboards, he got a chuckle out of that!!!

I'm curious about those of you who got them in the regular mail.
Since DCL has UPS as their "official" delivery agent, did your's arrive via the mail because they were first routed to a TA?

Depending on who you've booked your cruise with will determine who's going to be making the final deliver of your docs.
If you've booked directly with DCL then UPS will deliver, if you've booked with another TA then it depends on who they use to deliver from them to you.
I was off from work(USPS) the day my docs where delivered to my mailbox. Other wise I would have delivered them to myself, LOL But, they where delivered to Costco Travel (my TA) from UPS.

My Docs were delivered by UPS. They were sitting on my front porch by the door when I got home from work. :earseek:
