I was just reading the 2003 Passporter, and the authors mentioned that the characters may not be available at LTT after 7pm.:confused:

Does anyone have any "hands on" experience with this? Seems odd (not to mention false advertising) to have a character meal without characters.:confused:

Has anyone had this experience? Or, can anyone confirm that characters were definately at LTT after 7pm?
