Maid Service at WLV?

We purchased points from a DVC member and will be staying at Wilderness Lodge Villas in less than 2 weeks. Do they have daily maid service, or any kind of maid service at all? Thanks!

If you want daily maid service you will have to purchase it when you check in. We don't like to have daily maid service, so I am not sure what it costs, but I do know it is dependant on the size unit you have etc. I believe for a studio it is something like $25 a day. Don't quote me though. Someone here will know.

Since you are renting points from a DVC member you will not receive daily maid service, unless you decide to pay for it yourself. You will receive a Trash and Towel service on the 4th day you are staying, unless you are staying for more then 8 nights, then you'll receive a full cleaning on that 4th day. If you decided to keep the abbrievated DVC housekeeping, you will not receive any type of service, except for the ones mentioned above, not even fresh towels, without paying for it. If you decided to add daily housekeeping, the prices are:

studio: $25 per day
one bedroom: $30 per day
two bedroom: $40 per day

You can order additional towels at $6 per pack, that includes a complete set for 4 people and one bathmat.

Ummmm...I just asked this question of MS a week ago, and they told me $10 per day at VWL for Trash and Towel service daily, and that we simply arrange this when we check in.

It is $10 for trash and towel service, an $25 and up (depending on size unit) for a full cleaning. Trash and towel service is all they do is come in remove the trash and give you new towels, that's it. They don't make the beds, tidy up, vacuum the floors, etc. That constitues a full cleaning, and are the prices that I've listed above.
