Does Early Entry Still Exist?

After everything I've read about FOTL, I called this morning and booked HRH for our first two nights in Orlando. I'll cancel our first two nights at the Swan. With all of the new changes starting by March 1 (We'll be there Mar 10,11) I was wondering if early entry for on-site guests is still available.
