View Full Version : well this is certainly different - but the last 2 nights I spent looking for food to

make up my 1200calories suggested by the doc!

Seems Im getting the nutrients I need daily but getting up to 1200 calories is where I sometimes have difficulty

Morn - raisin bran w/2% milk, coffee, local cran juice
Lunch - apple, grapes, YoCrunch yogurt
Dinner - 2cups salad w/local itln drsg and can of white tuna fish
Snack - Orville's smart popcorn, jello, water, WW soda

Last night I added more popcorn and tonight I added more grapes

Ok so this doesnt leave room for leeway but at least some days I can keep my calories down

For some reason, I never have to look for food, it just finds me!

You should be so proud of yourself! Keep it up, just 4 weeks and 1 day until the cruise of the century!
