Does anyone have a link to HRH room layouts?

Are the Deluxe Room at HRH anything like the Deluxe Bay Views at PBH?

Is $149/night a good price for a Deluxe Room at HRH in March?

Has anyone used the Loews First Holiday gift of a free upgrade to a suite? I'm told I can only get the upgrade if I pay regular price for a room. And then only if a suite is available when I check in. Anyone else have this problem?

I got a call from Dave O'Brien the other day. He used the special upgrade card and got a Deluxe room.
