Hey!
Has anyone camped at FW in October? It seems like everyone goes either in the summer, Sept. or Dec. My friend is leaning towards going in October, she thinks the crowds will be lighter but I say Sept., right after Labor Day. Any ideas on this one?
Thanks,
Lisa

We've been to FW several times in October and find it to be not too crowded. Just keep in mind that it's still hurricane season and it can be quite humid.
If I had a choice between October and December - I would definately choose October. The weather is still comfortable and the crowds are fairly light.

We have been camping at FW for the last 18yrs in Oct or Nov.
The weather has been great.
Only once have we a to leave do to a bad storm.
You don't need to woory about it.
Have a great time.

We've gone the past two Oct without problems. We camped last time and the weather was absolutely perfect! Around 80-85 with cool nights. I think the last day was about 90 and we had already picked AK for that day. Not a great day for that ;)
I actually prefer Oct over March and wouldn't want to go to WDW in the summer. No way!
