I know it's late but I usually do my DISboard'ing later at night before bed and I didn't see this thread so I thought I'd start one (it helps me keep going!)
I did my 60 min Tae Bo II Get Ripped tape and Winsor Pilates for buns and thighs. Boy, was I drenched in sweat! What a good feeling!!
