Today, I gardened! 479 Calories gone (according to Fitday)! And I mowed the lawn. Another 279 Calories Gone! This ads up to a grand total of (Drum roll please!) 758 calories!!!!!! All this and I thought I was going to have a lousy day! I've somehow managed to stay on target today and burn a few extra calories. My fitday profile looks great! Now I'm off to football! What a great way to spend the day!
