I got a great rate for Vistana Resort through hotelkingdom.com. Has anyone used this site to book their hotel? Did you have any problems? Were all your requests meet? such as a certain section that you wanted to stay in? How do you let them know which section you want to stay in? Do you fax in specific request? Any positive or negative feedback is greatly appreciated.

I have used them many times w/o a problem. As far as requests that is all up to the hotel itself. I usually call the hotel a day or two before arriving. Sometimes I get my request sometimes not. I don't think when I don't get my request it's because I used a discount broker. Also, check the hotel sites as well to compare rates, I just booked two nights at an Embassy suites & the hotel site was less expensive then any discount hotel site. Sometimes that happens.
