welcome meeting

As frequent virgins we dont really want or need to go to the welcome meeting.The only thing we would need to buy from the welcome meeting would be phone cards. Any suggestions on where to get them from would be helpful. Last time we stayed at Quality Inn Intl, can we just go to the virgin office there even though we are not staying there. For our forthcoming holiday we are staying in the Rosen Plaza. Do virgin reps visit this hotel.Thanks in advance:smooth:

Yes, you can use the Virgin office for anything, we saw people who were not with Virgin going in for information and Virgin were quite happy to sell them phone card's and hand out leaflet's for information and bus time tables etc.

i got a phone card from the gift shop in quality inn international for $10 for 65 mins which i think is good value, didnt even use it all.

In the pack you get from Virgin with your tickets is a UK number you can call to"get" a phone card. Basically there's one in the booklet & you phone before you go to activate it & put money on it (I think the minimum is £10 & you can pay by credit card). We used it when we went last & it was very good but I don't know how the costs compare.
